Wall bordering McCabes Villas

The  part of the wall bordering McCabes’s Villas  is in a dangerous condition and we would advise car owners to seek another parking place until repairs are carried out.

We are hoping these repairs will take place as soon as possible and we have instructed the builder who will carry out this work during the week commencing 15th September.

Circular: Painting and Residents get together

Dear Owners and Residents at Rosemount Court

The committee are now in a position to proceed with the painting of houses as proposed at the AGM.  All the terraced houses, bungalows and the back to back houses not covered last year will have their exterior walls, windows, doors and woodwork painted. Also included are houses 1-4 where rear walls and gable were not completed at the last painting.

Those houses which need repairs to the soffit boards, fascia, or windows and doors will have to make individual financial and personal arrangements with the decorators, who will call on them in the week beginning  Monday August 26th when work will commence and surfaces will be prepared for painting.

The painters will call to all houses due for painting and will make arrangements with residents or owners for access to the rear of these houses. Your cooperation is requested because if access is not available they will not be able to complete the work.  We trust that the painting will go ahead successfully and that you will comply with all reasonable demands to enable work to be carried out to everyone’s satisfaction.

We are having a residents’ get together at 6 p.m. on Saturday August 31st, hope to see some of you socializing on the green.

Road resurfacing

The road resurfacing project is due to commence on Monday 15th July.
The estate is to be emptied of all vehicles on the evening prior to 15th.
Many thanks to all residents who have sent details of their cars to the committee. If you have not yet done so please send the car registration number, model, colour and a contact number to rosemountbooterstown@gmail.com.
